I want the end credit scene to be batman chasing a man in a redhood and then the guy falls in to the chemicals and the screen goes black and then all you can here is the joker laughing

It probably won’t be but I’d love that especially since the handwriting on the posters looks similar to Flecks in his journal and the whole “don’t trust authority” sound similar to the whole rant he gave on the Murray Franklin show but who knows.

How you're describing Joker is more or less what they tried to do with Leto minus the drugs. So if you want to go that route I'd approach J as more of a Manson type. A haggard dirty hippie that thinks he's a great philanthropist. The Joker gang can take inspiration from the family. Like Nolan's original idea for TDKR, have Joker on trial for drug manufacturing and sale, along with murder, etc etc. Really play on the Manson/Family inspiration vibe.
Or you can go the silence of the lambs route. Joker has already existed and had a criminal life long before Batman came into the picture and he's been locked up in Arkham for years. But he's a brilliant mind at identifying and helping to capture other criminals and Batman reaches out to him for his expertise.
I think either or could be a compelling and fascinating new take.
