  1. Considering Bruce Wayne is a billionaire I'd bet he invested a ton of money into developing steroids that have little no side effects.

  2. It’s not really possible for someone to condition their body in every single facet of athleticism. Someone could become the fastest, the strongest lifter, etc but never the best in all categories. Our bodies just aren’t made to do that. The intelligence aspect though, if someone actually didn’t have to worry about money at all, and had as much of it to spend as they could ever want, it is perfectly feasible to get 12 PhDs worth of college work over the course of a lifetime. It’s even feasible that someone could spend all their time not studying and resting conditioning their body to the best they possibly can. When it comes to the crazy gadgets, some of them exist, and some of them could technically be created if you were a billionaire and had access to the most advanced version of everything on the planet. A lot of things like that are just so expensive and time consuming to create that no one does it. They even have research materials for ballistic protection that come very close to what a Batman would wear. Flexible rubber material that hardens on impact and can actually stop level 3 or 4 rifle rounds rather than just hand gun caliber like normal flexible armor. Advanced optics that would let you see similar to Batman’s cowl. You could even build a crazy Batmobile. Something super fast and powerful, loaded with weapons, anti armor, and crowd suppression non lethal.
That being said, and even with billionaires being above the law in almost every regard, anyone who actually tried to do this, even successfully, would be apprehended immediately. Probably taken out by a swat team armed specifically to take him down. With weapons designed to defeat his armor and weapons. Can’t make the cops look bad. They do that all on their own.

  3. This needs to be said:

Shredder gets absolutely monkey stomped by Batman.

Batman is definitely top 5, arguably top 3 in skill of ALL hand to hand fighters in the DCU. The Batsuit also augments his strength and reflexes.

Batman COULD be beaten in hand to hand combat. But not by Shredder. Not even close.

  4. His superpower is his day having 168 hours. The records he breaks are held by people who spend most of their lives managing exercise and nutrition to even achieve their records. The people concentrating on bench presses aren't usually the ones holding leg press records either.
But Batman does it all while keeping up his dexterity and nimbleness. He's a maste rlockpick too, after all and make Houdini blush in shame. All this while having the aforementioned 12 PhDs and keeping up with a lot of intel all by himself.
Not to mention is day hobby called Waine Enterprises.

You don't even need to discuss physical and mental capacity… a human being does not even have the time to achieve all this, even if he technically had the potential, which he doesn't.
