  1. Conclusion
There is no reason for anybody to really enjoy this film as a quality Batman film. The only thing that was enjoyable were the fight scenes. Nothing else is worth applauding, enjoying, or even worth watching again. So if you're a fan of the Batman series and you enjoyed this film, you've been to modernized and compromised by today's standards. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

  2. 4. Lastly, the storyline.
The Riddler is the main villain. The Riddler looks nothing like how Jim Carrey portrayed him, the animated series portrayed him. The Riddler has the looks as a spoof from bane, and the weirdness of the Joker. He has a vengeful demeanor, which is accurate for the Riddler. But it did not portray him accurately from the comics or even the animated series.
His whole reason is to get even with Gotham for abandoning him and the other orphans, when they gave more attention to Bruce as a rich millionaire orphan. His whole reason to bring down Gotham was for being pissed off from his childhood? That's a pathetic storyline. The storyline of getting even with the joker for killing his parents in the film Batman 1989 made more sense.

  3. 3. The characters are shallow in dialogue and conduct.
    – The penguin looks nothing like the character in Batman returns or from the animated series. The animated series version of the so-called penguin looks better, and that's a cartoon.
    – So Catwoman character was pathetic. The costume looked horrendous, the dialogue was pitiful, and her conduct in attitude and looks was not sinister enough. Michelle Pfeiffer had her beat 100 to 1. Anne Hathaway was even better in costume and conduct.
    – The version of Alfred in this movie was not pleasing. He did not look sophisticated enough in his dialogue or conduct. Did not capture the complicated and intelligent version of Alfred that the films – Batman 1989, 1992, the Batman begins trilogy portrayed.
    – Lastly, Batman did not really portray much intelligence, sophistication, or even mysterious. Especially this modern version of Bruce Wayne.

  4. 2. The costumes are overrated and too modernized.
    – Batman 1989 had the classic look, which matched the comic books overall.
    – Batman returns maintained that classic look, especially the batmobile from both films.
    – The Batman begins trilogy modernize the costume, which I did not care for, especially the batmobile making it look like a tank like vehicle. However the overall look of the costume makes it more believable.

This modern Batman film makes the Batman costume look worse than Ben Affleck's version. It makes Ben Affleck's costume look good. And that's not saying much. It's like puking on a pile of dung.

  5. On an overall grade for this movie I would give it a C-.

    My issues with this movie.
    1. No origins discussed clearly about any character.
    – Batman 1989, discussed the main motivation for him becoming Batman – to find the killer of his parents, which turned out to be Jack. Also reveals the origin of the Joker.
    – Batman returns reveals the origination of the penguin, also reviews the origination of Catwoman in a brief synopsis.
    – Batman begins trilogy discusses the origin of Batman in grave detail.

This Batman film did none of those things. Instead keeps things hidden, except for the mysterious revelation of Bruce Wayne's father and the dark secrets of his mother. Never revealed any of this in any Batman film I've ever seen, which would make me skeptical of the truth behind the Batman story of that mystery revealed.

  6. I'm going to watch this with low expectations, just cause the only Pattinson movie I've ever seen is twilight and that series sucked big time! But the comment say it's awesome so maybe I'll be surprised? And also even the best actor/ess can't make a sh** movie good.

  7. This movie is horrible. The first time I tried to watch it I fell asleep and the second time I tried to watch it I just can’t. Two thumbs down.
