They have said its the joker, there have been easer eggs a plenty with their website based on it being the joker so this is just setting people up to be annoyed when he stays as the joker.

Mom served Adam West liver and onions but that's not important right now. You should find out how many "back up plans in case I go nuts" Batman actually has. We know he had a way to neutralize the entire JL in case of emergency circumstances. There's an episode where some cyborg is taking the powers of the JL and he breaks out some kryptonite, calling it "insurance". The Batman going nuts with unlimited and Unknown means. Also his supposed luck better than that of his friend hush.

Outfit of The Riddler is just ridiculous
This film is ok to watch by parts like a tv series…
Plot twist, the riddler was actually clayface and the supposed joker is the real riddler.
Maybe Hush is the comeback story of the Riddler and this is what he must become, as they did in the animated films, which I thought were really good. They could put the joker as a completely separate ark and make this overly epic. We could later learn that Hush was manipulated by the Joker, who made Nigma his close friend in prison.
It would be funny if the mystery villain were the Joker but the writers saw this video and changed him to Hush.

The idea of teasing The Joker at the end of the first movie to have him as the main villain in the second is exactly what the Nolan trilogy did – that's the best reason not to do that with Matt Reeves' run (not that the Nolan trilogy wasn't great, it just doesn't seem like the best idea to replicate it quite so blatantly)
