25. If I recall right the part you are talking about is when he lost the company and then used shell companies to buy shares that totaled 51%. That is called a hostile take over. I don't think he did anything illegal in the process. he used his own money and didn't try to affect the price of the stock to gain off it. only thing he did that might be questionable was not letting the board know he was the one buying the shares so they couldn't stop him. much like what twitter tried to do to Elon.
