  1. Reeves is an awesome director.. unlike most superheros movies that are only box-office flicks and goes with the direction of what the fanbase and internet theories.. he kept it quite and gave us his take… and it worked

  2. I consider this trailer to be pretty much a perfect trailer
I wasn’t excited for this new Batman film at all but then this trailer dropped and I found myself incredibly hyped
It not only looked beautiful but it looked really interesting and definitely a big improvement compared to the first trailer imo

  3. One thing I mostly hate about DC that the cast of the character keep changing.
But in marvel in all movies robert Downey played iron man and others also keep same.

  4. I don’t get it a lot of people said this movie wasn’t good but having just seen it and being a huge fan of the movie The Dark Knight this movie just reset the standard for any and all Batman movie a true masterpiece great job DC

  5. The Batman is by far the best superhero movie to ever exist. The acting, to the score, to the cinematography, all of it is just so fantastic. This film has taken The Dark Knight's spot for me. Thank you Matt Reeves for making this beautiful masterpiece of a comicbook film, I'm excited to see what you do next with this wonderful world. The Batman gets a solid 10/10

  6. I seen it yesterday and this is the best Batman EVER, as the esence of the darkness and dispair is present, also the blade runner feeling is there, Gotham as dirty as could be. I was sceptical about Patinson as Batman, by my oh my he was amazing! Not tipical big guy, but still great personification.

  7. Honestly, this in my opinion was the best portrayal of Bruce Wayne ever. This feels like what Bruce would have actually developed into, considering the trauma he experienced. Not some hunk who cracks lame jokes like Michael Keaton, or the pretty boy we saw in Christian Bale.

  8. Everyone who was talking trash about this batman were all wrong he is the most realistic batman out there when it comes to live action and has the best overall suit and attitude. The movie itself didn't feel rushed at all and was really good I really hated the Riddler lol because he was annoying but batman and all the supporting actors like Selina and Gordon plus Alfred all did a phenomenal job. I like how at the end of the movie he realized that he can make a difference not only by spreading fear through Gotham but by helping its people.

  9. The Batman : No Spoiler review by Nikhil S.

Just when we thought Batman couldn’t get any better, Pattinson and Reeves set high standards for the caped crusader.

Matt Reeves just delivered us the most realistic Batman ever. The one that not only beats but also takes some beating because he is human, the one who learns from his mistakes and the one who is Vengeance.

Over the past 20 years or so, it was forgotten that Batman was introduced in comics as “Greatest detective in the world” and this movie shows us just how great of a detective Batman is.

Robert’s brooding, grimm looks with his dark suits and rainy clouds of Gotham city gives a noir masterpiece. The Batman presents a dense labyrinth of a detective story which takes us in dark corners of Gotham city with a never explored plot line.

This story is based two years after Bruce Wayne donned the cape and the cowl. This time, the city is threatened by the murder spree of the terrifying Riddler who is trying to talk to the Batman.
As the plot proceeds and Riddler’s plan is revealed, so is a dark corner of Bruce’s past which he was never told. The story gets interesting with Penguin’s and Catwoman’s presence.

Matt Reeves raised the already high bar of Batman way too high for anyone to cross it and so did Robert Pattinson. Michael Giacchino ensured that the legacy of awesome Batman theme remains intact. Zoe Kravitz is an eye candy as catwoman and while she did perform as better as Halle Berry, she could’ve done better. Two thumbs up for her sharp looks!

Paul Dano was astounding as Riddler and with all due respect to Jim Carrey’s unitard wearing Riddler, Dano surpassed Carrey. Collin Farrels Penguin was clearly presented only to introduce him later in spin off TV show. Not much of screen time for him and we craved for that Monocle so much but its not happening.

Jeffery Wright and Andy Serkis were superb in their capacities but were heavily under-utilised and over shadowed by Pattinson.

Special mention for beautiful cinematography and some wonderful Batman shots – especially the one when Batman directs all Gotham residents with a red flare.

The movie is about three hour long which doesnt go well with many audience and people invariably end up pulling their phones mid movie. While some scenes could have been avoided, many more could be included as well.

Watch this grounded but breathtaking thriller movie put together with stunning but believable visual effects presenting us our beloved, dark and vengeful detective The Batman.

  10. Just got out of the theater (no spoilers here.)
To tell the truth, I've never really been a Batman fan. I casually enjoyed the Christian Bale movies for what they were. But I think this was the best Batman movie weave had to date. The Batman's presence around people was truly intimidating, and the setting was unmistakably Gotham. It's worth a rewatch in my opinion

  11. i think this is not the best batman movie ever but the joker is playing too that would be a white guy and not a men like Kevin Michael Richardson he is a black men and also is actor but i dont think you see a black joker then the white joker do you think Robert Pattinson and Christian Bale and the best joker was Heath Ledger but he is died on 2008 but he was the only one who plays the best joker in a batman movie i think

  12. DC walo ke pass light nhi hai kya jis joker movie ne 1 billion dollar kamaye the wo DC ek torch tak nahi kharid sakti kya batman ki movie me kitna andhera hai
