Honestly, you can't expect a Bruce Wayne who is only in his second year of being Batman, to be huge. Logically, this Batman is at the oldest 25 and more like 22 to 23 years old. He hadn't had the time to become a Batfleck beefcake. He isn't relying on pure brute strength, he's young enough to want flexibility and speed on his side.
The older the Batman, the beefier he gets. The younger the Batman, the leaner he is. It's called logic.
