  2. I was a wrestler in high school and when we would practice a body throw we would use this grip called a gables grip rather then grabbing your forearm you would cup your hands together which in turn would make it harder for your hands to slip apart

  5. I love that this bane isnt 8ft and 600 pounds of muscle. He has a really dense, muscular body but isn’t unrealistic (ik it’s because its a real person) i just think he fits the role well
