This is video 1 of 2 showing my broken Nixon Super Hero II SS Watch. This is actually the 4th time I have had this watch break. The other times the watch simply fogs up and then stops working. Nixon has really gone down hill in the last 10 years. I actually like the style and function of this watch. However, they manufacture them in China and the quality is horrible. The worst part is that they will not refund my money, they will only keep replacing the watch. Do not buy this watch or anything else from this company.

Mine broke again for the second time. Same model. Hands don't move anymore. Replaced the battery already. Shame too as it it is a cool looking watch! I would have been better off taping the $350 to my arm!
I spend the same with a nixon unit tide, after two hours of use I started to fail and a message that says ROM FAIL appears pitifully buy by amazon and send to bring Colombia … return it involves paying sending to ( $ 45, us) and probably one strate back to Colombia so could cost 3 times the value of the watch …. so I'll have to take it as a perdida😖
Yeah, they replaced the one featured in this video. 10 months later had a Rom Fail message. Classic. Would like to talk to you more about this. DM me.
Yea had the same problem with mine – Pain in the ass, had it repaired three times before I forced a refund, dont believe it when they say they cant refund – if it dosent work its not fit for purpose and they have to.
Yes, it's a common problem. I have encountered many people with the same issue. It's such a shame that this company continues to rip off their clients. Spread the word that Nixon Watches don't work as advertised!
Got the same model. I've had to repair it twice cause of the digital functions failing.
