Immediately I go to the gravesites of the very first actors to play BATMAN & ROBIN on the display screen.

Within the 1940s, actor Lewis Wilson performed Bruce Wayne, aka Batman within the 15-part THE BATMAN film serial. Wilson is laid to relaxation at Forest Garden Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills, California.

Actor Douglas Croft performed Dick Greyson, aka Robin the boy marvel. He is buried at Fort Rosecrans Nationwide Cemetery in San Diego, CA.

  1. I know I didn't watch Batman in 1930 but I remember watching Batman round 1965 I'm only born in 1960 thank you you did a good job merry Christmas and I'll talk to you later bye bye

  2. I found out about the first dynamic duo ever, a couple of years ago. It's great that you visited their graves. Honor to whom honor is due. With all this been said, I must point out that, the only & best dynamic duo for me will always be, Adam West (RIP) & Burt Ward.

  3. I was an original member of the Batman Fan Club. As memory serves me I believe I got the Membership Card out of a box of Cereal. Somewhere in my Garage I still have the membership Card with my name Jeffrey Judd with not so good penmanship

  4. I bought the dvd of this version ๐Ÿ˜ whatwhat a trip! So cool to see the canges over the years. Thanks for sharing your passion, I've learned a lot

  5. Thanks for sharing!! Never heard this story before, something new is always learned with you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  6. I don't know if you knew this but he was married to Dana Broccoli who married the longtime producer of the Bond movies and is the father of Michael G. Wilson who is now the executive producer of the Bond movies.

  7. To be honest, I hadn't heard of these two actors before today. I've visited Rosecrans cemetery before and it really is absolutely lovely and serene. It's been many years since I was there, but if I ever go again I'll pay a visit Douglas Croft's grave. I find it so sad that the poor man died from drinking himself and had such a short life. I hope he's resting in peace now, as I hope are all people whose grave sites you visit in these videos.
