  3. Nolan did it,.. he and all of you frankly created the true standard for making a comic book hero like batman come to life. The new batman movie is not even out with the new "everything" and I can bet a paycheck that it will be an enormous disappointment compared to what you all have done.

    Whatever you all do, stick together and keep doing exactly what you're doing so well, it's a blessing to many, you bring out the child in so many jaded adults.

  22. Honestly….THIS trilogy may be compared to Marvel's Avengers Endgame. This trilogy was the magnum opus of D.C. movies to date and honestly….I have not seen a movie from D.C. that matches this trilogy's emotion and character and passion and creativity since. No, not even Wonder Woman. It was very nearly perfection. When I watched movies like Batman Forever and Batman and Robin, it was CLEAR that the movies were made JUST to sell new Batman toys. I felt NONE of that in the Dark Knight trilogy. This movie was definitely focused on Batman as a psychological character. His struggles with his identity….with his enemies (especially Joker) and him coming to terms with the fact that to save Gotham, his identity had to change through the films. He created Batman in the first film to instill fear in the villains. In the second, he became the Dark Knight….protecting his city from the darkness and the villains while also having to hide in the shadows. In the third movie, it was about him realizing that Batman was MUCH MORE than just a mere symbol. He was a hero. But he was also human. And his humanity and his compassion are what made him better than Bane.

  23. Just like the trilogy, this making of the trilogy is just so moving. I will never feel the same way about any comic book movie ever.

    I am so disappointed they didn't address the music production of the trilogy, when in fact the music was the highlight of each movie. So Disappointed.

  24. i don't know but i think Dune is a bit comparable to the situation before batman begins, a movie that wants to "revive a franchise" or at least a movie.
    It has a great cast like Nolans Triology and the roles are connected to the actors, like liam with his mentor vibe, u have jason momoa playing ducan and u immediately know he is a chill a guy, etc. .
    And with Denis a regisseur that thinks big , respect the srcipt and source material and also avoid cgi when possible.

    So i hope Dune Part 1 is like the Batman Begins that starts a Dune Triology
